NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-001026 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Emma I. Gonzalez, Ismael Gonzalez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Alan Roque, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 102, SUNSHINE APARTMENTS OF NAPLES, INC., A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 587, PAGES 334 THROUGH 376, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TOTHE UNIT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH UNIT THEREIN
