CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 445, PAGES 45 TO 158, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiffs attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, within 30 days from the first date of publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
