NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005236 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT CERRITO; SHERYL LEE CERRITO; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; CASTLE CREDIT CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Karen E. Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on FEBRUARY 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 221, VENICE NORTH EDGEWOOD SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE EASTERLY 1/2 OF THAT PORTION OF THE VACATED DEDICATED RIGHT OF WAY FOR SCHOOL STREET LYING BETWEEN GROVELAND AVENUE AND LAUREL AVE AS DEPICTED ON THE PLAT OF VENICE NORTH EDGEWOOD SECTION BEING ADJACENT TO OR ABUTTING LOT 13.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
