NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004760-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC1 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and CHARLES M. MCKENNA A/K/A CHARLES MICHAEL MCKENNA A/K/A CHARLES MCKENNA A/K/A CHARLES M. MCKENNA, JR.; NANCY JOYCE MCKENNA A/K/A NANCY MCKENNA A/K/A NANCY J. MCKENNA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; BARTON FARMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 02/19/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
