NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 0158042 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein ROSALIND R. MCCLOUD AND UNKNOWN TENANT/OWNER, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet on February 21, 2013 at 9:00 am or as soon as possible thereafter at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Begin at the Northeast Corner of Lot 40, NEWTON FARMS, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 38, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence West along the North line of said Lot 40. 240.02 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence West along the North line of said Lot 40, 115.00 feet, thence South 0 Degrees 19'30” East, 220.34 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 59'00” East, along the South line of said Lot 40, 115.00 feet; thence North 00 Degrees 19”30” West, 220.37 feet to the point of Beginning together with an Easement for Ingress and Egress over and upon the North 30 feet of said Lot 40 of NEWTON FARMS
ANY other PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE surplus from the sale, IF ANY, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
