NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 25, 2013, by the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 006597 NC, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 26, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

Commence at the intersection where the East right of way of Ortiz Boulevard “Extended” (80' R/W) crosses the South right of way line of State Road No. 45 (200' R/W) in Section 36, Township 39 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence S 86°03' E, along the South right of way of said State Road No. 45, 1718.56 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 86'03' E, 200 feet; thence S 0°12' W, parallel to and 66 feet Westerly from an existing fence line (said 66 feet to be used for road purposes in the future) 120 feet; thence N 86°03' W, 200 feet; thence N 0°12' E, 120 feet to the Point of Beginning; all lying and being in Section 36, Township 39 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida.

Part of Section 36, Township 39 South, Range 20 East, more particularly described as: Commencing at the intersection where the East right of way of Ortiz Boulevard “Extended” (80' R/W) crosses the South right of way line of State Road No. 45 (200' R/W) in Section 36, Township 39 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence S 86°03' E, along the. South right of way of said State Road No. 45, 1718.56 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue S 86°03' E, 200 feet; thence S 0°12' W, parallel to and 66 feet Westerly from an existing fence line (said 66 feet to be used for road purposes in the future) 620 feet; thence N 86°03' W, 200 feet; thence N 0°12' E, 620 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less and except the Southerly 320 feet thereof and Less and except the Northerly 120 feet thereof.
