NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0901558CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit no. 705, wilshire pines i, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thEreof recorded in official record book 2349, pages 3223, as amended from time to time, of the public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
