NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-3334 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Citifinancial Services, Inc. d/b/a CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation is the Plaintiff and Samuel Martinez; Unknown Spouse of Samuel Martinez; Bank of America, N.A.; Oliphant Financial, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 36, BLOCK 12, NAPLES MANOR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 86 AND 87 F THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
