NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011CA005344NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LUCILLE V. LOTT, SUMMER GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LINDA CARD; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 107, SUMMER GREEN, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN BOOK 1195, PAGES 2097 THRU 2150, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED IN BOOK 1413, PAGE 1764, AND BOOK 1517, PAGE 960, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 12 THRU 12E, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 41 THRU 41C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
