NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 10, 2013, in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003435 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and John T. Gregorio, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 392, MARCO BEACH UNIT TWELVE, according to the PLat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, pages 87 thorugh 91, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
