NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Reforeclosure dated January 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2007-CA-003835 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ANA LUCIA STEINER; LUCIANO DEANDRADE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE NAPLES WINTERPARK VII, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 4104, NAPLES WINTER PARK VII, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1421, PAGE 431 THROUGH 505, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
