NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 and entered in CASE NO: 2011-CA-006850-NC, wherein JOHN and JOANN WALLS are Plaintiffs and MONEY CONSULTANTS, INC., MICHAEL CHRISTNER, RICHARD BASS, as President of BASS & ASSOCIATES, INC., BASS & ASSOCIATES, Inc., PAUL RICHARDSON; PHILIP F. LEMON, AS TRUSTEE OF THE PHILIP F. LEMON REVOCABLE TRUST u/a/d MARCH 9, 2005, and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00 a.m. on February 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
5905 S. Beneva Road, Sarasota, Florida 34238 further described as follows:
LOT 2, BLOCK A, CLARK LAKES SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 29 and 29A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS 15 feet right-of-way for Beneva Road.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
