Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 25, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT C-304, VICTORIA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1458, PAGES 1951 THROUGH
2019, AND ANY AMENDMENTS OF RECORD THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9600 VICTORIA LN UNIT C-304, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on February 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
