Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida described as:
Lot 6, Block 2527 of 51st Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 8, 8A through 8GG of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 4824 Oakley Drive, North Port, FL 34288, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(10), on MARCH 7, 2013, at 9:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
