NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 016038 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and JASON D. LAPP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON D. LAPP IF ANY; LOREN D. LAPP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOREN D. LAPP N/K/A ELIZABETH LAPP; GLENWOOD MANOR OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK NA, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 101, OF GLENWOOD MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1472, PAGE 1237, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 41 THROUGH 41A, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
