NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 8, 2013, and entered in 51-2012-CA-001542-XX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and LUIS R. JIMENEZ; ADA E. JIMENEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula S. O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on FEBRUARY 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 14 OF TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE(S) 130 THROUGH 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
