NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 10, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009105-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 5 of Seven Oaks, parcel S-17D, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 79 through 82, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
