Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 8, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 70, WESLEY POINTE, PHASE 2 AND 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 27-29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5849 SAND KEY LN, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33544; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 28, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
