NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-051465 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank national Trust Company, as indenture trustee under the indenture relating to IMH assets corp., collateralized asset-backed bonds, series 2007-A, is the Plaintiff and Edita Kollar as Trustee of Juventus Land Trust, Under the Provisions of Trust Agreement Dated the 20th Day of February, 2007, Edita Kollar, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Juventus Land Trust Under the Provisions of Trust Agreement Dated the 20th Day of February, 2007, Jane Doe 1 N/K/A Amanda D. Patterson, Jane Doe 2 N/K/A Mardel Kolbusz, John Doe 1 N/K/A Richard Spratt, John Doe 2 N/K/A Michael J. Kolbusz, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash At www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
