Hinss, Grande Cay Recreation Association Inc, Gulf Harbour Master Association, Inc, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash At www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
