Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-CH2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-CH2, is the Plaintiff and Larry Douglas, Karen M. Newcomb, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , in/on 9:00am on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
