AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR4 is the Plaintiff and TADEUSZ MAJEWSKI A/K/A TADEUSZ I MAJEWSKI, TADEUSZ I MAJEWSKI AS TRUSTEE OF THE TADEUSZ I MAJEWSKI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JANUARY 7, 2008 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 5, PINE ISLAND TROPICAL HOMESITES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT TEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
