YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jonathan W. Newlon, whose address is 38008 Live Oak Avenue, Suite 2, Dade City, FL 33523 on or before March 4, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this court at the Pasco County Courthouse, 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33523, before service on Husband or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the court to dissolve your marriage. There are no common children of the marriage, and there is no real or personal property to be divided:
