NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-055560 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, CORY SAGE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK 6112, CAPE CORAL UNIT 97, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 85 THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
