NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-052229 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, ATF IMH ASSETS CORP, is Plaintiff, and YLINDA F. HYDE A/K/A YLINDA F. HYDE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 149, UNIT 43, MIRROR LAKES SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 130,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
