NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 28, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-002400-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27 day of Feb, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 42, VERANDAHS, ACCCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
