NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-001759-WS/O, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CHELSEA PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and RANDALL V. SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on February 20, 2013 beginning at 11:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 107 of CHELSEA PLACE UNIT TWO-B, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 86-88, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
