LOT 766, COLONIAL HILLS, UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3336 BLUEBIRD DRIVE, HOLIDAY, FL 34690; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 25, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
