NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-004659-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and Carlos M. Diaz Jr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

ALSO KNOWN AS THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 43, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF CIRCLE EIGHT PHASE 1, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
