NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 25, GLENWOOD OF GULF TRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 1 THROUGH 9 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. With the following street address: 3036 Summervale Drive, Holiday, Florida, 34691.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 20, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
