NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit B of Building 3077, GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR, together with an undivided interest in the common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 588, pages 515-576, inclusive, as amended from time to time, and in Plat Book 11, Page 7-11, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4317 Summersun Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 27, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
