NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, and entered in 51-2009-CA-004741ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and AMANDA CARTER; RYAN CARTER; BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK 1, BRIDGEWATER PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
