NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-5987-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and SHAWN LOYDEN, SUSAN P. LOYDEN, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

Lots 9, 10 & 11, being a portion of Tract 275, “GOLDEN ACRES UNIT TEN”, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 2, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of Track 275, lying in section 24, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, thence run N. 09º 02' 52” E, a distance of 526.86', thence N 89º 43' 19” E, a distance of 369.45 ; thence S, 24º 23' 38” E, a distance of 392.18', thence S. 78º 23' 37” W, a distance of 448.71'; thence S, 66º 52' 00” W., a distance of 190.00' to the point of beginning.
Containing 4.83 acres more or less.
Together with and subject to an easement for Ingress/Egress and or utilities, described as followers: commence at the Southwest corner of Tract 275 lying in section 24, Township 25 South Range 15 East, thence run N. 09º 02' 52” E, a distance of 526.86' to the point of beginning; thence N, 09º 03' 06” E, a distance of 50.29'; thence S., 74º 51' 05” E, a distance of 185.74'; thence N. 89º 43' 19” E, a distance of 211.47'; thence N. 74º 47' 03” W, a distance of 189.87' to the point of beginning.
