NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005224-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM F. SOTO and PAMELA SOTO and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR M and CONCORD STATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 27, block f, concord station phase 1 - units “c, d, e and f”, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 55, page 62, of the public records of pasco county, florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
