NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 24 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-52421, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOAN B. REID, BAYSIDE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, NICKOLAS R. DIMITROFF A/K/A NICHOLAS DIMITROFF, DIANA FERANCE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 300, BLOCK W OF BAYSIDE ESTATES, MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 133, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1979 FLEETWOOD BARRINGTON DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED BY VIN NUMBERS; FLFL2A835331454 AND FLFL2B835331454.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
