CARTER; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JASON WILSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
