NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-020646, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ALLYNDA ESQUINALDO A/K/A ALLYNDA K. ESQUINALDO; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 5, PLUS THE NORTH TWO FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 5, TURNER TRACE UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
