NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-000989 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF THE STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-GEL2, is Plaintiff, and SOLOMON OYEGUNLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 5 SUGARWOOD GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
