NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-015942, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SAMI II TRUST 2006-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff JOHN S MAMALAKIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION AT TAMPA, INC.; THERESE K MAMALAKIS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ROGER REMMERI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3513, OF THE GRAND RESERVES CONDOMINIUMS AT TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16005, PAGE 672, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
