NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated January 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008377 Div I of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK SOUTHWEST, N.A. f/k/a WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB f/k/a WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH W. CARLON, III, JASMINE POND PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a JOSEPH W CARLON IV, are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 25, 2013 at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 10, Block 5, JASMINE POND SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
