and commonly known as: 8405 PINEWOOD STREET, TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 21, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
