ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- ABC1 is Plaintiff and DENISE VIGOREAUX; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ENCORE CREDIT CORP.
