NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-13878-CI-15, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Venetian of Treasure Island Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Suriandar Bedi and Patricia Bedi are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 25, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 3, and Garage Number 3, THE VENETIAN OF TREASURE ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 12769, Page 1409 though 1488, and according tot the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 130, Pages 25 through 30, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
