NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-008452-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, ANTHONY DUDA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 7th day of March 2013, the following described property:
LOT 3, MATHIS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
