NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-016512, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8, is Plaintiff and CASSANDRA N. DUFF;MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7902 LANDMARK PLACE, BLDG 29, OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 0711, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
