NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-008102-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R9, is the Plaintiff and ANDREW HOLMES SEGRAVES A/K/A ANDREW H. SEGRAVES A/K/A ANDREW SEGRAVES; JACLYN MARY SEGRAVES A/K/A JACLYN M. SEGRAVES A/K/A JACLYN SEGRAVES; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on FEBRUARY 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 52, WOODHURST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
