Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida; the clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 103 OF WORTHINGTON AT WEST PARK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13538, PAGES 77 THROUGH 222, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 9411 Cavendish Drive Unit 103, Tampa, FL 33626, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on APRIL 4, 2013 at 10:00 A.M., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. The purchaser of the property shall be required to pay the electronic sales fee assess in accordance with section 45.035(3), Florida Statutes. The Clerk will not issue the Certificate of Title if the electronic sales fee is not paid.
