NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-000756 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN A. PRAVLIK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN A. PRAVLIK N/K/A SCOTT LOUIS PERMANN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEGACY CABINETS INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
