NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-008633 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL SHEEKS A/K/A MICHAEL R. SHEEKS; SOPHIA SHEEKS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROYAL TROON VILLAGE, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
