NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 09, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010937-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and GLORIA DUNN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGE ON THE GREEN RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/27/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 22C, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE VII, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 114 THROUGH 124, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 9, 1979, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4941, PAGES 1 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5090, PAGE 1184 AND FURTHER AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5123, PAGE 1305, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
